본 약관은 Keyling(키링, 이하 “본 서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 본 서비스를 이용하시면 본 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 개요

본 서비스는 이용자가 키보드로 입력한 한국어 문장을 바탕으로 개인 맞춤형 영어 학습 콘텐츠(레슨)를 생성하여 제공하는 애플리케이션입니다. 레슨은 인공지능 모델을 이용해 자동 생성되므로, 표현이나 설명에 오류가 포함될 수 있습니다. 본 서비스는 학습 보조 도구이며, 번역·통역·시험 대비 등 특정 목적에 대한 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.

2. 계정

본 서비스는 만 14세 이상의 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동은 가입할 수 없습니다.
본 서비스 이용을 위해서는 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인(Apple, Google 등)을 통한 계정 생성이 필요합니다.
이용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 타인과 공유해서는 안 됩니다.
이용자는 앱 내 설정에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 관련 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

3. 무료 체험 및 무료 기능

가입 후 일정 기간(현재 5일, 앱 내에 표시) 동안 모든 기능을 무료로 체험하실 수 있습니다. 무료 체험에는 결제 정보 등록이 필요하지 않으며, 체험이 끝나도 자동으로 결제되지 않습니다. 체험 기간이 끝난 후 레슨 생성(문장을 저장하면 레슨이 생성됩니다)과 연습 문제 생성을 계속 이용하시려면 구독이 필요합니다.

구독하지 않아도 다음 기능은 계속 무료로 이용하실 수 있습니다: 키보드의 입력 기능(한글·영문 타이핑), 실시간 영어 변환, 이미 생성된 레슨의 열람. 운영상 필요에 따라 체험 기간과 무료 제공 범위는 변경될 수 있고, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 등을 통해 사전에 안내합니다.

4. 구독 및 결제

유료 구독(이하 “구독”)에 가입하시면 무제한 레슨 생성 등 유료 기능을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 구독의 결제와 관리에 관한 사항은 다음과 같습니다.

구독 요금은 결제 확인 시점에 이용자의 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다.
구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
갱신 요금은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다.
구독의 확인·변경·해지는 기기의 Apple ID 계정 설정에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다. 본 서비스는 이용자를 대신하여 구독을 해지할 수 없습니다.
요금, 구독 기간, 갱신 주기는 구매 화면에 명시되며, Apple이 제공하는 현지 통화 기준 가격이 적용됩니다.
요금이 변경되는 경우 기존 구독자에게는 Apple의 정책에 따라 사전 고지 및 동의 절차가 적용됩니다.

5. 무료 제공 혜택

본 서비스는 베타 테스트 참여, 피드백 제공 등을 조건으로 일부 이용자에게 유료 기능을 무상으로 제공할 수 있습니다. 이러한 혜택은 개별 안내된 조건에 따르며, 부정한 방법으로 취득한 경우 회수될 수 있습니다.

6. 청약철회 및 환불

App Store를 통한 구매의 결제·환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 환불을 원하시는 경우 Apple의 환불 요청 절차(reportaproblem.apple.com)를 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 본 서비스는 결제 대금을 직접 수령하지 않으므로 자체적으로 환불을 실행할 수 없으며, 관련 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리는 그대로 보장됩니다. 환불 진행에 어려움이 있으신 경우 아래 문의처로 연락 주시면 필요한 범위에서 안내해 드립니다.

7. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 목적으로 본 서비스를 이용하는 행위
본 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(비정상적인 대량 요청, 우회 접근 등)
본 서비스를 역설계, 무단 복제, 재판매하는 행위
타인의 계정을 무단으로 이용하는 행위

8. 서비스의 변경 및 중단

본 서비스는 기능을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 구독 기능에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 사전에 안내합니다.

9. 지식재산권

본 서비스와 그 구성요소에 대한 지식재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 문장 등 이용자 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 본 서비스는 레슨 생성 및 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.

10. 책임의 제한

본 서비스는 자동 생성된 학습 콘텐츠의 완전성이나 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에 대한 책임은 제한되지 않으며, 관련 법령이 정한 이용자의 권리는 본 약관에 의해 배제되지 않습니다.

11. 개인정보

개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에서 정합니다.

12. 약관의 변경

본 약관이 변경되는 경우 시행일자와 변경 내용을 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 중대한 변경의 경우 앱 내 공지 등을 통해 안내합니다.

13. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Keyling (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service

The Service generates personalized English-learning content (lessons) from Korean sentences you type on the keyboard. Lessons are produced automatically by AI models and may contain errors. The Service is a learning aid and does not guarantee accuracy for any particular purpose, including translation, interpretation, or exam preparation.

2. Accounts

The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older; children under 14 may not create an account.
Using the Service requires an account created with an email address or a social sign-in provider (Apple, Google, and similar).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must not share your account with others.
You may delete your account at any time from the app’s settings; data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Free trial and free features

After signing up, you can try every feature free for a limited period (currently 5 days, shown in the app). The trial requires no payment information, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Continuing to generate lessons (saving a sentence generates a lesson) and practice questions after the trial requires a subscription.

The following remain free without a subscription: the keyboard’s typing function (Korean and English input), real-time English rendering, and viewing lessons you have already generated. The trial period and scope of free features may change for operational reasons, with advance notice in the app.

4. Subscriptions and billing

A paid subscription unlocks paid features such as unlimited lesson generation. The following apply to all subscriptions purchased through the App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
The price, subscription length, and renewal interval are shown on the purchase screen, in the local currency Apple provides.
If prices change, existing subscribers are handled under Apple’s policy, which includes advance notice and, where required, consent.

5. Complimentary access

We may grant paid features free of charge to some users, for example in exchange for beta testing or feedback. Such grants follow the terms communicated with them and may be revoked if obtained improperly.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are billed and refunded under Apple’s policies. To request a refund, use Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not receive payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves; your rights under applicable law are unaffected. If you have trouble with a refund, contact us and we will help where we can.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
interfere with normal operation of the Service (abnormal request volumes, circumvention of access controls, and similar);
reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service;
use another person’s account without authorization.

8. Changes to the Service

We may improve or change the Service, and may suspend all or part of it for operational or technical reasons. We will give advance notice of material changes to paid subscription features.

9. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the Service and its components belong to the Service provider. You retain rights in content you provide, such as the sentences you type; we use it only as needed to generate lessons and operate the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of automatically generated learning content. Liability for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence is not limited, and nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the updated terms and effective date on this page. Material changes will also be announced in the app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved through the procedures provided by applicable law.
